Walking volunteers De Regt in Beek en Donk
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate volunteers for our residential facility De Regt in Beek en Donk. De Regt is a residential facility located in Beek en Donk. People who need a safe living environment live within the Regt. This can be sheltered housing, but also housing with some degree of independence. For the walking club on Tuesday mornings we are looking for active and enthusiastic volunteers who like to go out. The morning starts at 9:30 am, when the residents are picked up from their homes and we gather in the guest house. Most residents are in a wheelchair while walking. The walk takes place from 10 am to 11 am. When you return, the walk ends together with a cup of coffee. The residents are then taken back to the homes and the activity ends at 11:30 am. If you like to go out, enjoy nature and enjoy walking around with a group, then we are looking for you! We are also looking for transfer volunteers for the Regt. As a transfer volunteer, you pick up residents from their homes and take them to the guesthouse to enjoy meals. When they have finished the meal, take them back to their homes. The residents may be wheelchair or walker dependent. We are looking for someone who would like to help us on Sundays between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. If you would like to work as a volunteer within the Regt, we would like to get in touch with you! Be sure to contact us for further information! We would be happy to explore the possibilities with you. To enter into volunteer work at Zorgboog, we ask for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG). We will request this for you and it is completely free.
