Do you also enjoy a nice conversation or a good story? Are you curious about your neighborhood and do you enjoy writing about it? You can do that as a volunteer journalist at De Reelander! What are you going to do? Working on the local newspaper is varied. You go into the neighborhood and get to know all kinds of people. You interview residents or write a background article. You become aware of what is going on in a street or neighbourhood. And eventually you will find your article neatly formatted in the local newspaper. The pluses - You get to know your neighborhood and a lot of nice new people - You write when it suits you. - You don't do it alone. During editorial meetings you can spar with fellow editors. - We regularly organize fun editors' drinks where you can meet volunteers from the other neighborhood newspapers. In the meantime, are you curious about how other editors approach something? Then ask your question in our Facebook group. - You can learn new things with us. We organize various courses and workshops, including journalistic writing, interviewing and photography. - Want to do more than just write? Then you can combine tasks with photography, making illustrations or social media. - Are you stuck? TEN Plus is ready for you. We support you and answer all your questions.
