As a building manager, you play a crucial role in the maintenance and management of this unique location. What makes volunteering with us special? Volunteers are the linchpin of our museum. Together with a small team, you ensure that the building remains in good condition and contribute to the preservation of a historic building that is part of Kennemerland's heritage. This position offers a lot of satisfaction, especially for someone with an affinity for technology, maintenance and historical buildings. Tasks: • Maintenance of the museum building and surrounding areas. • Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work. • Identifying major maintenance needs and involving external parties if necessary. • Ensuring a safe environment for visitors and volunteers. What do you bring? • Technical skills and/or experience in building management. • Affinity with monumental heritage is a plus. • A hands-on mentality and solution-oriented attitude. • Availability of at least 4 hours per week.
