Neighborhood supporters wanted
There are currently 13 volunteer village and neighborhood support workers who are supported in their role by Welzijn Vught. Everyone fulfills that role in a different way and that's what's so great about it. This way it continues to fit the wishes and possibilities of the village or neighborhood support worker and best meets the needs of the neighborhood. The common denominator? Everyone is full of enthusiasm to commit to his or her neighborhood, fulfills a signaling role, thinks constructively and is easy to approach for neighbors and organizations that work in your neighborhood. The connecting role leads to successes in your neighborhood. Think of fun activities, sharing concerns, tackling shared bottlenecks and many other initiatives. All volunteer neighborhood and village supporters meet about 6 times a year to coordinate, inspire and inform each other. Fun outings are also regularly planned to get to know each other and the various options in Vught. In addition, it is the time investment that suits you in your neighborhood, this is very different and always in consultation. You can discuss how you fulfill your role as a neighborhood or village support worker with the coordinator Julia, with whom you always have a short line of communication.
