Due to the expansion of our team, we are immediately looking for an experienced client support worker for our Informal Independent Client Support (OCO) team An experienced expert offers hope to fellow sufferers and loved ones. We therefore call our experienced experts hope providers. As an experienced client support worker, you help organize care, treatment, guidance and support for fellow sufferers and loved ones. You move alongside people in their search for care, treatment, guidance and support in all relevant areas of life such as housing, work/income, education/development, care/social support, mobility, free time and meaning. It is great if you have already completed the Working with Your Own Experience (WMEE) training. Do you not yet have the WMEE certificate? Our own WMEE trainers can train you within the Parent Platform South Holland South. The Parent Platform South Holland South Foundation is committed to the interests of parents, young people, children, families and loved ones. Whether you are available once a month, for a day, a night, a weekend or during the school holidays, your support can really make a world of difference for these children and their families. Do you want to spend your free time in an active, but also valuable way? Come and meet us! Eight (young) adults with an intellectual disability live at Tweede Thuis in Werkendam. They like to go outside to swing, walk, cycle (on a tandem) or swim, but cannot do this independently. As a volunteer, you go with them and ensure safety during a fun activity. We think it is important that you are social, loyal and caring. Together with the supervisors of Tweede Thuis, you make agreements about what time and how long you will come and what you will do. We are happy to connect with your wishes and possibilities. You will end up in a friendly, hard-working team, where you will receive good guidance and your efforts are always appreciated. Tweede Thuis Altena is a parental initiative of Syndion Syndion offers various forms of support to adults and children, on a small scale and in the middle of society. As a volunteer you support one of our clients with the activities at the Hoeff. This is a cheerful, spontaneous woman (28 years old) with an intellectual disability. She is deaf and communicates with sign language. She would like to bake, walk, practice school skills and do household chores together with a volunteer. We think it is important that you are social, loyal and reliable. It is important that you can come to our location for 1 or 2 half days from Monday to Thursday (during the day). You will end up in a friendly, hardworking team, where you will receive good guidance and your efforts are always appreciated. Are you familiar with sign language and would you like to come and help this woman? Respond and we will arrange a no-obligation introduction! De Hoeff is a daytime farm of Syndion.
