Secretary Village Council Badhoevedorp M/F

Help make the voice of the residents of Badhoevedorp heard. We are looking for a secretary to strengthen the current board. • As secretary, you will discuss the strategy to be followed within the board. • As secretary, you will handle incoming and outgoing mail and play an important role in the communication between contact groups, residents, government and stakeholders. • In this role, you are also the 'eyes and ears' of the board and you can take initiatives to ensure that the organization runs smoothly. • The secretary draws up the agenda for the board meeting, takes minutes and makes a report of it. • He or she ensures that agreed activities continue and that they are evaluated afterwards.
