The Dutch Floorball and Unihockey Association (NeFUB) has existed since 1999 and aims to offer floorball to players in the Netherlands, both competitively and recreationally. Since its foundation, the NeFUB has focused on organizing competitions and championships, supporting floorball associations and setting up and supporting official Dutch teams. The NeFUB is a member of the International Floorball Federation (IFF) and NOC*NSF. The NeFUB is looking for a new treasurer. This position can be fulfilled remotely, the Members' Meeting is held twice a year in the center of the Netherlands. The treasurer is responsible for managing the financial resources and for the correct registration thereof: - The financial settlement of all decisions taken. - Managing the cash and bank accounts. - Paying the bills. - Drawing up the budget for the coming year. - Maintaining an overview of progress in income and expenditure. - Collecting contributions and other payments, in consultation with the federation office. - Taking care of the application for the distribution of resources at NOC*NSF. - Maintaining the financial accounts in Informer, in consultation with the federation office - Drawing up financial reports for the General Members' Meeting. - Coordinating the audit of the financial documents by an (external) accountant or audit committee. - Accounting to the General Members' Meeting on behalf of the board on financial matters, including a written annual financial report. Knowledge and skills required for the position: - Organizational and communication skills. - Financial insight. - Able to connect. - Experience with Excel or other spreadsheet programs A volunteer allowance is available for this position, in accordance with the NeFUB declaration regulations.

This position can be fulfilled remotely, there are physical meetings twice a year with the Members' Meeting in central Netherlands. Showing your face on a number of competition days and at the finals is desirable The chairman is the face of the NeFUB. He has the following tasks: - Leading the board meetings and the General Members Meeting (ALV). - Leading the board, i.e. taking initiatives, coordinating and ensuring the implementation of board activities. - Maintaining external contacts, with e.g. NOC*NSF, KNHB, Parafloorball organizations and the IFF. - Representing the NeFUB at official occasions. - Be accountable to the members for the policy pursued by the board, - Monitor and contribute to the implementation of the decisions taken by the AGM. - Motivating volunteers by showing interest and appreciation for their work. Committee Member for Referees

The referee committee represents the interests and training of floorball referees in the Netherlands. The committee is responsible for scheduling referees for the various competition matches. In addition, the committee makes every effort to provide, improve and coordinate referee training. The committee guides interested referees in their path to becoming a federal referee. The competition committee is responsible for the coordination and planning of the floorball senior competition and the cup tournament for both women and men. The committee maintains contact with the association office and board. The planning of the matches involves collaboration with the referee committee and the associations. As a committee member you contribute in the area where your qualities lie. Are you strong in communication? Then you can take care of the communication between the committee and the associations, the teams, the association office and the board. Are you an excellent planner? Secretary

The Dutch Floorball and Unihockey Association (NeFUB) is looking for a new secretary to succeed the current one in May 2025. This position is currently being filled, but when a new volunteer offers himself for this position, the transfer will start. As secretary, you form the daily management of the NeFUB together with the chairman and the treasurer. In addition to the daily management, the NeFUB has several general board members, all with their own portfolio. The NeFUB is a small association, where you are expected to pay attention to both the general management tasks and specific tasks of the secretary. This is a volunteer position for three years. The position is open to all interested parties. General management tasks In practical terms, board membership mainly involves: preparing for and attending board meetings, keeping in touch with the other board members by telephone and e-mail and consulting on current affairs. Secretary specific tasks The secretary is responsible for the overall reporting of the board. The secretary is also responsible for communication within NeFUB and with NeFUB relations, such as IFF and NOC NSF. The secretary prepares the documents for the AGM together with the board members and the office employee. We are looking for someone with good writing skills, preferably in both Dutch and English. The secretary of NeFUB takes minutes of the biweekly board meetings (via Google Meet), ensures that actions are registered and that assigned tasks are followed up. In addition, the secretary maintains contact with the NeFUB office employee when it comes to HR and substantive matters of the office employee. As Secretary, you are also the one who ensures that the board acts transparently and in line with national and international regulations. In addition, you are involved in the various developments of the sports organization and developments regarding statutes, internal and sports regulations.
