Planning talent wanted!
As a planning talent, you help make it possible for residents to start thinking about mobility options again, without always having to rely on family/neighbours or friends and thus keep control of their own lives. Residents and visitors to the neighbourhood can make better use of all the beauty that is already there and that transport does not have to be an obstacle to getting out and about. The function As a planner, you are the linchpin. Behind the scenes, you do great work so that Buurt Mobiel can run smoothly. You are responsible for planning and distributing journeys across the available vehicles. For this function, you can schedule yourself flexibly (morning or afternoon in consultation). One or more fixed half days is of course also negotiable. You can already work from 2 half days per month. Can also be filled in as a duo function. The morning shift is from 8:30 to 12:45 and the afternoon shift from 12:30 to 16:30 approximately. Our location is wheelchair accessible! Tasks Accepting transport questions from customers by telephone. Processing rides in Excel. Assigning rides to the drivers on duty by telephone (we have a service telephone for this). Informing the customer about rates, in which districts we drive, opening hours, etc. The profile As a ride planner, you are customer-friendly, patient and helpful. You see it as a challenge to get last-minute rides scheduled. Experience as a centralist (at a taxi center) is not necessary. You can handle the computer and specifically Excel and are handy with the smartphone and WhatsApp. You preferably have knowledge of the districts of Overvecht, Zuilen, Ondiep, Noordoost or are willing to learn this. We will of course train you well. You have organizational insight. You are independent and responsible. You have a good oral and written command of the Dutch language. You are willing to follow our induction program. You keep agreements.
