Do you want to spend your free time in an active, but also valuable way? Come and meet us! Eight (young) adults with an intellectual disability live at Tweede Thuis in Werkendam. They like to go outside to swing, walk, cycle (on a tandem) or swim, but cannot do this independently. As a volunteer, you go with them and ensure safety during a fun activity. We think it is important that you are social, loyal and caring. Together with the supervisors of Tweede Thuis, you make agreements about what time and how long you will come and what you will do. We are happy to connect with your wishes and possibilities. You will end up in a friendly, hard-working team, where you will receive good guidance and your efforts are always appreciated. We give a volunteer allowance and gifts. We even have opportunities to develop yourself by, for example, taking courses and inspiration days.
