As a volunteer, you will support one of our clients with the activities at De Hoeff. This is a cheerful, spontaneous woman (29 years old) with an intellectual disability. She is deaf and communicates with sign language. She would like to bake, walk, practice school skills and do household chores together with a volunteer. We think it is important that you are social, loyal and reliable. It is important that you can come to our location for 1 or 2 half days from Monday to Thursday (during the day). You will end up in a friendly, hard-working team, where you will receive good guidance and your efforts are always appreciated. Are you familiar with sign language and would you like to come and help this woman? Respond and we will arrange a no-obligation introduction! De Hoeff is a day care farm of Syndion. Syndion offers various forms of support to adults and children, on a small scale and in the middle of society. Syndion is a value-driven organization in which the possibilities of the client and the connection between client, relatives and employees are central. Volunteering at Syndion is unique. We look at everyone's wishes, possibilities and interests and put people in their power. This applies to our clients and employees and certainly also to our volunteers. Through volunteering, you not only make our clients happy, but you also have a nice day! We ensure that you receive good guidance, where necessary, and you work together with our supervisors. We give a volunteer allowance and gifts. We even have opportunities to develop yourself by, for example, taking courses and inspiration days. If you are completely enthusiastic and want to turn volunteering into a paid job, we would be happy to look at the possibilities together with you! Volunteering at Syndion enriches your life!

People who are being guided/living
We are Anna, Bianca and Conny, together we form the volunteer team at Syndion. Syndion is there for people - young and old - with a physical and/or mental disability. We support them in such a way that they can grow up, learn, live and work in a way that they like. Based on their wishes and possibilities. We feel responsible for the way in which we do that work. Based on our mission and vision, three core values determine the content of our work: A say. Connecting. Customization with courage!
