Organization: CityKids is a Medical Child Care Institution. At CityKids, parents can go to the nursing day care center and the development center for children's home care, outpatient family support and supervised and protected living. De Pastorie profiles itself as a training house. We focus on motivated young people who are in danger of falling through the cracks. De Pastorie profiles itself as a training house. We focus on motivated young people who are at risk of falling between two stools. Young people who, for often various reasons, can no longer live at home, but are also not yet ready to live independently. For these boys it is really an outing if they can go to the market on Tuesday or Saturday with a supervisor / buddy. We are also looking for some help to keep the garden in order with the boys. This is nice if it can be done on a Wednesday, Thursday or during the weekend.

As a Medical Child Care Institution CityKids, we are committed to providing high-quality care to children who need intensive care. In order to continue to do this, we are currently looking for volunteers who are willing to help with our daily care. We are specifically looking for volunteers for the Children's Care Home in Blessing who are flexible and willing to occasionally help in the evenings and nights within our intensive child care facility. A children's care home has now also been opened at the Blessing location, where children with disabilities have been able to receive day care for a number of years. Children can stay here to relieve the burden on their parents, children can recover from a major operation, but palliative care can also be provided here. Volunteers will mainly be deployed to support our great team of educationalists and pediatric nurses. The help of Neighbourhood Mediation Rotterdam is often requested when neighbours find it difficult to talk to each other or do not easily come to mutual agreements together. Because it is sometimes difficult to have a positive, future-oriented conversation. You as a neighbourhood mediator are then the trained volunteer who will mediate. You do this by visiting neighbours together with a trained colleague neighbourhood mediator. How?
