Are you on your feet and can you work well together? Do you enjoy helping people with questions about work and income? Then become an FNV Consultant! Your tasks As a Consultant, you are available for questions from members in the field of social security law and employment law. Members can contact you if they have questions about matters related to this. You are often the first point of contact. You are active in the so-called 'first-line services' of individual services within the FNV. You provide answers and advice or arrange an intake and refer the matter to the legal department of the FNV. The FNV Work & Income Consultant is active during the consultation hours that are held at the trade union house in Almere at Saffraanplein 30 and you are concerned with representing the individual interests of members. We ask You are a member of the FNV or willing to become a member. You have good oral and written command of the Dutch language. You can use the computer. Before you can start the training, we will check whether you meet the requirements. What do you get? You are the calling card of the FNV. That is why you receive thorough training. The training consists of four training days and an Aptitude Test (exam). The training takes approximately three months in total. You need an active attitude. We expect you to do your homework and to put the knowledge you have acquired into practice for another two years after the training. You will then be invited by the supervising driver for an introductory meeting and if you both agree to participate in the training, your driver will register you with the FNV Academy.
