What do we ask? • You enjoy working with the Dutch language and helping others learn the language (better). • You are open to other cultures and new encounters. • You have a dose of patience: learning a language (better) is a step-by-step process. • A teaching background is nice but not necessary. • You are available on Saturday mornings from 10:00 to 12:00. • You are willing to follow the basic training for language volunteers. • You are willing to participate in the intervision meetings. What do you get out of it? As a language volunteer, you come into contact with a diverse group of fellow citizens from all kinds of cultures. It is a position that gives a lot of satisfaction because you can really make a difference for people.
