Arabic-speaking volunteer at Home Administration and Get a Grip Do you speak Arabic and Dutch and enjoy helping others get and keep their finances in order? Then we'd love to hear from you! For people who struggle with Dutch, it's especially challenging to keep track of all the regulations, and it's even more complicated to fill out forms and apply for benefits. After a year, most people are able to continue independently. "I now know better how to manage my finances on my mobile phone, and I have an overview of my spending. With my DigiD, I can log in anywhere and adjust all sorts of important things." – Delya, Home Administration participant. About volunteering at Home Administration and Get a Grip You help someone get an overview of their income and expenses. Together, you review benefits, letters, and (digital) forms. You also help with debt issues. This is how you give someone a push in the right direction About the people you're doing it for At Thuisadministratie (Home Administration), we support people, young and old, who don't have their paperwork and finances in order and want to learn how to do it, so they can get back on track after a maximum of a year.
