Description: the VTV; officially the Foundation for Leisure Activities, Home Mates and Training Activities - offers people with disabilities a coherent range of leisure and training activities that contribute to the quality of their lives. Activities are offered that meet the needs and wishes of the participants. The offer is realized in the own activity centers or in the direct living environment of the participants. In addition, work is being done on possibilities for integration into society, to make people with disabilities belong and to be able to participate fully in society. In order to be able to perform these tasks professionally, the VTV offers its employees, but especially the volunteers, good employment conditions and a working environment in which they can thrive, with attention to personal development. Our mission is based on our vision of life, housing, work and leisure of people with intellectual disabilities. In the vision we indicate which values are important in realizing our mission in realizing a range of leisure and training activities, we are guided by the participants. They want to be addressed as human beings; belonging and being able to be part of a network or experience friendship. They need attention, relaxation and fun. This in a safe place that is accessible, accessible and affordable.
